What we collect
When you contact us, nominate a location or submit a driver story, we collect the details you type into the form, including your name or nickname, email address and any files you upload. If you contribute to a campaign, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use submissions to review and document locations, and we use your email only to follow up about your submission when you've told us we may contact you. We do not sell personal information.
What we publish
Email addresses are never published. Stories and nomination details are published only after review, and only when you've given permission — anonymously when you ask for that.
Uploads
Files submitted with a nomination are stored privately and are only visible to site administrators unless you've given permission to publish them.
Removal requests
If you want your submission or story removed, use the contact form and choose Correction. We'll review your request and remove it when appropriate.
